The total price when booking noted £188.80. I was charged £239 when paying and picking up car. This was my only comment, good service.

Hi Stein, thank you for your review and comments. According to Book My Garage service checklists, the car was booked for an interim service, which by their specifications is only an oil filter and oil change service. However the air filter had not been changed and was necessary for replacement by Audi service schedules for the age/mileage of the car. The air filter replacement accounts for the difference in the overall price - we do apologise if this was not communicated adequately upon collection. Thanks again for your business.
