The service and MOT provided seemed fine, the admin less so. I wasn't told that the MOT slot was at 4.15, but the car was needed for service early in the morning. This only emerged because I phoned to check the times. The online booking system had allowed me to book an MOT on a day when the garage had no availability, which led to several emails to find an alternative slot.

Hi Steve we are very sorry to hear your feelings on this. It sometimes very difficult with the bookings to get exact mot times and slots as we do between 16 and 20 mots a day. I know you could think not your problem which I understand. But very hard for us. We always finish the service and mot by end of the day for customers. Hope you understand and don’t let it affect your judgement of the garage as we get all 5 star ratings. Sue the secretary said you seemed perfectly fine when you left. Normally she would come and find me to speak to you if you were unhappy. Thank you. Martyn
