I selected a pm booking via 'book my garage' however when the garage contacted me they needed the car all day not just pm? All went according to plan until I received my bill some £45 more than quoted via 'book my garage' I quibbled this and the garage did in the end waive the extra and reverted to the original quote. I was generally happy with the service carried out but would like to hear a comment from 'book my garage' regarding the inconsistencies?

Thank you for your feedback. Although garages using our platform can choose to display AM or PM appointment slots, each garage manages its own diary independently. This means that, once a booking is received, the garage will contact the customer directly to confirm the exact drop‑off time. Their schedules can vary day‑to‑day depending on workload, staff availability, and the nature of the jobs already booked in. We’re pleased the garage honoured the original quote, and as all pricing is provided by the garages themselves, discrepancies can occasionally occur. We appreciate you highlighting this and will work with the garage to update their pricing.
Very happy with service and value for money. Done good job and because last year was happy with service decided to go back to them plus free pick and drop off as within 5 miles. Great all round.
I am very happy with the service, good communication about picking up car and things that require fixing.
