Customers consistently describe friendly, professional staff, quick turnaround on MOTs and servicing, and fair, transparent pricing, with several praising the garage's honesty and lack of pushy upselling. Booking is repeatedly called easy, and many reviewers say they would return or recommend it. A small number of comments noted a service that didn't quite go to plan or that the surrounding area looked a little rough, but staff were reported as understanding and reasonable throughout.
