“Booking fee”

Only real issue was the fee for booking through this service. Was a bit tricky to contact them for a progress report but was messaged as soon as the work was complete.

“Absolute waste of time”

Booked in on the weekend for the Tuesday, Sunday PM got a text asking for my address to collect. Wish I hadn’t bothered booking with them, many times I had to chase on Tuesday to ask a time/when they were collecting. False promises of collection times that never happened and no one ever turned up. In the end I had to book in with another garage at an increased cost, meaning a day taken off of work and loss of earnings to get my MOT done. Won’t be back to this company and won’t recommend!
