Very happy with the service received. Andrew was very helpful from the start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. Just disappointed with bookmygarage for booking my car with the garage just a few hours before the service yet I had made the booking 5 days earlier. This meant the parts were not there by the time I visited the garage.

Have not refunded money taken from my account, just keep offering discount on MOT I do not need….

I booked a service and MOT, and for the next 2 weeks was bombarded with texts and emails urging me not to forget. Then, on the eve of the job, I received a phone call from their service department: “We don’t service Skodas - we’re a Peugeot garage “, as if I was an idiot for even thinking they could. I should stress that the full details of the car were supplied when I boot, and they readily accepted the booking!
