Work carried out while I was on holiday in October. Returned for car after holiday no invoice for work carried out, just given a figure of amount owed still no invoice 3 weeks from picking car up. would have been a better review if invoice was sent when requested and vehicle service book not stamped when asked also.

Absolutely delighted with Dumfries Car Care and Wheelcare. Excellent customer service, friendly and extremely helpful. Went above and beyond to help, nothing too much trouble. And best of all is their honesty…this is the first time in all my years of driving that an MOT and service hasn’t turned into 101 things wrong with the car so you need to pay us a fortune to fix it. Will definitely be back and recommending them.
