Customers overwhelmingly praise the friendly, honest and professional mechanic, with the clear communication, fair prices and convenient collection and return of cars mentioned again and again. Many describe services, MOTs and brake work completed quickly and to a high standard, with some happy to recommend the garage to friends and family. A small number of reviewers said paperwork or invoices could be provided more promptly and in more detail, and one or two isolated reviews raised concerns about missed appointments or the value of a DPF clean.
