I had to cancel my planned service because the condition of my car deteriorated the day before the work was due to be carried out. I received a very friendly and sympathetic reply. I think many places would have ignored my message, or just sent a dry acknowledgement. It may be a small thing, but what I received was exactly what I wanted at the time. Just good service. I shall certainly use Simply Servicing in the future.
