“Waste of time”

Booked service on wed and had a email to confirm that service will be on Saturday morning, also requested air con re gas. Contacted garage thursday to arrange to drop car to be told the garage does not trade on a Saturday and they don't do air con re gas so it was a good job I bothered to ring as they didn't bother to mention to me before hand as I would of been sitting outside garage on sat am like a melon.
