Customers consistently praise the speed and efficiency of airbag recall appointments, often completed within 10 to 20 minutes, alongside friendly, professional reception staff and a pleasant waiting area with complimentary drinks. Many reviewers highlight straightforward booking, clear communication and good value for MOTs and servicing, with several saying they would happily return or recommend the garage. A small number mention issues such as the online booking system feeling convoluted, occasional lapses in communication around service reminders or appointment changes, and isolated concerns over pricing clarity or workmanship on fuller service jobs, which could benefit from tighter follow-up processes.
