Booked an 08.15 slot to be told we will be in touch before 17.00 to collect your car? As i had booked a specific time slot i expected to he a couple of hours for the service to be completed as i was having to wait, Told i should have booked an early slot? I did 08.15 anyway after a debate on how this site operates we managed to sort things out to get my service done before lunch, Great value for money, quality seems good, just a quirky way to operate, Over all very good.
