Customers consistently praise the friendly, helpful staff and clear communication throughout the booking and service process, with many highlighting good value, efficient work and the nice touch of a complimentary wash. Several reviewers mention specific team members by name for going above and beyond, and the detailed technician inspection videos were also well received. One reviewer felt the showroom experience could be more engaging, noting that staff didn't take much interest in them as a potential new car customer, though this appears to be an isolated point rather than a common theme.
