2nd time i have used the dealership for MOT, both times highly professional and received a free health check video identifying possible future repairs. Very friendly staff and did not feel pressured into any upsell work. Will be back

My car failed it's MOT because the seatbelt buckle on the rear middle seat had fallen below the stopper. They told me it could only be passed if they fitted a full seatbelt replacement which would cost £460. It paid £3 on Amazon to buy a 10 pack of the stoppers, removed the old one, pulled the buckle back up and fitted the new one. I booked it for the retest and they passed it instantly. Appalled by the fact they so blatantly tried to rip me and told me it wouldn't pass without this huge bill.
