Secret Service Grantham

Dropped my car off the night before for an MOT and service. There was ZERO communication so I called the garage early afternoon who advised the car would fail the MOT. Agreed for the relevant work to be carried out, but they needed to keep the car for another day which was okay. It’s now been 4 days ZERO contact. I can’t get through and I’ve been without a car for 5 days!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Provided a good experience and with plenty of updates, all very helpful.

I have used this garage for the first time and am very pleased with the price quoted for the servicing and MOT.
