Secret Service Tetbury

Dropped car off handed over keys, service was carried out all within a good time frame. Had a phone call to let me know car was ready for collection. Invoice was correct to what BookMyGarage quoted. All good.

Treated like a second class citizen from the minute I walked through the door because I’d booked through bookmyygarage. They demanded more money immediately, saying the amount I’d paid wouldn’t even cover the parts & labour. Awful attitude, rude & aggressively trying to g to sell me stuff I didn’t need. I wouldn’t use them again.

I had a great experience with Tetbury Audi, they were flexible, advised me on the wear and tear and needs of my car based one its age. I also got a video of my car while working in the waiting area. Hot drinks where a nice bonus too.
