I've owned a Citreon for 4 years now and use the recommended service plan. My most recent service in March 2022 was the smoothest yet, I think. Guided through process by Alexander who made everything very simple and explained options and costs clearly. Never any pressure. I was kept up to date on progress through day and the video of the service inspection was welcome and well pitched. The car was ready on time and had been cleaned. An excellent experience all round.
