Hi Nina, Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that bookings are not confirmed until the garage has directly confirmed with the customer. MOT appointments are limited as they are outsourced. We sent multiple messages advising that there was no availability for the requested date, and we have records of these confirmations.
