ARRIVED AT THE APPOINTED TIME AND WAS SHOWN TO THE FORD SECTION DESK TO REPORT IN. ASKED HOW LONG THE PLUG IN DIAGNOSIS WOULD TAKE AS I WAS GOING TO WAIT IN THEIR CAFE AREA, TO BE TOLD THAT "OH NO, THE VEHICLE NEEDS TO BE WITH US ALL DAY " . WELL, CONSIDERING I HAD BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT TIME FOR THIS, AND NO MENTION OF LEAVING THE VEHICLE THERE ALL DAY WAS NOTED DURING THE BOOKING, THAT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I WAS THEN TOLD, "THE SERVICE DEPT IS VERY BUSY " - AND THAT IS WHY APPOINTMENTS HAPPEN.

Had a full service and work carried out was great however was waiting on site and ended up staying for most of the day.

Informed / complained to the customer service staff of an error message on my dashboard indicating Sensor failure (TPMS). Went further to tell him that I had already diagnosed the tyres towards the end previous week; 5days before my presence at sandcliffe, and the results showed the front tyres need a new sensors as they results showed they were both malfunctioned. He asked me if I needed them changed by them,I said YES and went ahead to sign a document.But Alas, it wasn't done and I was charged
