“Not what I expect”

I am not happy with the service. They did not provided a Free video vehicle health check report as they promised and agreed in the contract. I request a free estimation bodywork repair and it has been ignored. called me at 17.15 and asked me to collect the car before 18.00. The car was not washed as usual. I advise to go to Stapleford one.

Good morning Mr Zen i have reviewed your last booking with us and io can see on the booking it was for a service at £159.00 there was no comments on the booking for any other diagnosis on your vehicle a wash and vac on this platform is a t additional cost and was not requested and i have sent you a copy of your health check via email we are more than happy to re book you for any diagnosis you have please call our bookings team and they will be more than happy to book you in at our site i hope this resolves your concerns

“Awful service”

Unfortunately the service wasn’t carried out correctly. Most disappointingly, I have tried to bring this to their attention leaving several messages, however nobody has returned any calls. It’s not what I expected.
