I used this garage last year and the service was outstanding, however, this year it was an absolute nightmare. It took me 4 days to get my car returned and I am still waiting for an invoice. Twice I have phoned them and get the same answer.

Having booked my car through this site and being happy with the work last year I am deeply disappointed with this years work. Booked in for a major service and was expecting oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter and cabin filter as quoted on this site and done last year. My bill only had oil , filter and air filter . Work needed doing last year was bushes magically fixed themselves as no mention this year

No health check video as promised also very poor clean on my car basically pushed the dirt around my car after paying £404 for this… would have preferred them to not bother if they wasn’t going to do a decent job.

Good Morning, Following our conversation this morning I wish to reiterate our apologies for the level of service you recieved and any inconvenince this has caused you. I will be speaking to our valet team who ware new to the business in regard to the standard of the cleaning of the vehicle which is unaceptable. Furthermore I can confirm that a video was conducted howver not showing as sent and locked in the system, and as agreed this morning we will be happy to reclean your vehicle and conduct a VHC video on Friday between 2 & 3 pm and we look forward to sesing you back in the business for this resolution and once again wish to reiterate our sincer apologies for the service you have recieved.
