As a gesture of goodwill, we provided a complimentary courtesy car to minimise any inconvenience. We sincerely apologise that the relevant service paperwork was not handed over to you. It is still in our office and available for collection. Unfortunately, when you collected your vehicle, our member of staff was attending an emergency call-out, which affected our usual handover process. We would have appreciated the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly, as customer satisfaction is very important to us.
