Booked the Van in, price good, thought I would give them a try, no communication from them, travelled (25 mile round trip) to drop the Van off for its service, left the van, got home and there was a message on my phone to give them a ring to say they were unable to do the service and could I come and pick it up as they could not service the Van as it was too big for their garage. In total 75 miles spent with nothing to show for it, it’s not as if they weren’t aware of vehicle type when booked.

Kevin in the MOT department is spot on & Jason in Sales is great. However, the sales manager lets the place down. The attitude she exudes is that of a teenager. Very rude & immature.
