great experience from start to finish, the only gripe is that the car was not cleaned inside or outside as you would normally expect following a service. First time I have used RH and will go back as they are very competitive, but I know now not to expect the car to be cleaned.

Simple to book good service happy to go back next year

Planned annual service to be told day before that technician had to go home sick and therefore the planned service would not be able to go ahead, frustrating as I took time off work to have this done, but, then again, these things happen, Richard Hardie where very apologetic and re-booked car for later the next week. Hopefully all goes well and the technician has recovered from their illness.
