Booked a mobile appointment for AM, was told on the day we were the last job of the day, then at midday told they wouldn't get to me at all. I wouldn't bother wasting your time with these.

I feel this is unfair review as we gave you multiple updates during the day to you and your drivers unfortunately we can't guarantee each job goes to plan and this was the reason why we couldn't attend which we did message you and gave you a automation to rectify this? We appreciate your review but we did everything to make sure you was kept upto date with everything times and texts . Many thanks. We also did not say you was the last job you was booked in at 3 with your driver which is was happy with .

“Very convenient”

Came and collected the car for an MOT and did the service at my home. Showed me pictures after of what was done. Very convenient and a friendly, professional service. Would happily use them again.
