Reviewers praise the garage's keen pricing, good communication and first-class service when work goes ahead. However, several customers reported appointments being cancelled at short notice, and a small number felt they weren't contacted about the change, so clearer, earlier communication could help restore confidence. One reviewer also left a negative rating without giving details, which leaves the overall picture a little mixed.
First class service and £95 cheaper than going through Renault themselves. Brilliant communication throughout.
Phoned to say they didn't have availability and said it happens all the time through book my garage so won't use again

Thank you very much for providing us with this feedback. We were very sorry to hear of the issue and have highlighted this concern to our franchise partner involved. It's important to state our franchise partners are responsible for updating their booking lead times & it would appear in this instance they have not. We have requested they carry out some internal training ASAP. Apologies again.
The garage didn't contact me to confirm the appointment so I called them to see what time they needed my car. They informed me that they didn’t have time for my appointment any more and had tried to call me. I didn’t have any missed calls or emails from them and don’t believe that they tried to contact me at all.
