Customers largely praise the friendly, helpful staff and the quality of the work, with several reviewers singling out the complimentary car wash as a pleasing extra touch. A small number of reviewers felt communication could be clearer, mentioning a booking confirmation that didn't come through and a quoted service price that wasn't initially honoured, though the latter was resolved after intervention.
