Even though I’d had confirmation from the garage about my appointment. I arrived at my allotted time to be told that they were no longer a Nissan service centre and I wasn’t booked in. They then explained that I would been booked in at the new Nissan service centre which was about two miles away. I made my way there to be told they were nothing to do with this garage and I didn’t have an appointment booked.

Very professional and punctual, contacted me when they said they would, car was in very good condition when i received it back
