Dear Carole I am sorry that you are disappointed with our service , At the time of test as presented the your car did not meet the required standard for the specified MOT emissions test as documented on your failure certificate. Your mechanic that you brought with you said he would sort it out ? As advised at the time of collection if he sorted it out we would be happy to retest within 10 working days .Regretfully the price of the test is the same pass or failure.
