Thank you for your feedback Eno, and we’re sorry you feel this way. Your car came to us for MOT and an interim service which is a visual check and an oil and filter change. Under no circumstances would we have done anything with your air conditioning system we don’t even check the operation of that in the interim service. The light that came on your dashboard as we explained was the service light that we hadn’t reset as it wasn’t illuminated at the time and not every car has a service light so this can unfortunately be missed sometimes. We rectified this when you called in. Once again we are sorry you feel this way but we do feel this is a bit of an unfair review. If you would like to call in and discuss the matter then please do.
