Customers consistently praise this garage for its friendly, helpful staff, clear communication and easy online booking, with many noting quick turnaround and the flexibility to fit in same-day or short-notice MOTs and repairs. Value for money and a pressure-free approach to extra work come up often, and several reviewers appreciated the payment plan options and the reassuring explanations given to less confident drivers. A small number of reviewers mentioned that costs rose when repairs were needed to pass the MOT, and one felt the handover of their vehicle could have been handled more carefully.
