“Fantastic service”

Popped into PJ Nichols because the battery on my Cmax keyless fob wasn’t working. The team on the front desk were all helpful and friendly. Within a minute ‘Steve’ had sorted it and started my car! Fantastic service. Thank you!

“Such great service”

Had a small issue with my Ford Kuga on the window switches. Been dealing with another dealer and Ford CS and having no joy with the dealer. Popped into P J Nicholls in Pershore and Steve in the service department was immediately helpful, said he could sort it. 1 day later he phoned to arrange a date and was sorted within 3 days. Such great service and should have come here first to get the issue sorted.
