I noticed that the right hand stop lamp on my ford ecosport was not working. I took the car to P J Nicholls in Tewkesbury intending to purchase a new bulb. On arrival at the garage the service team arranged for a mechanic to check the car. The rear r/h light cluster was removed and the bulb duly replaced and checked satisfactorily. The light cluster was then replaced. Imagine my surprise when the garage made no charge for this service. Thank you all at P J Nicholls. One very satisfied customer.

I took my car to PJ Nicholls Tewkesbury for repair. Despite a tricky electrical issue with no fault codes, Ryan Cloke, the Service Manager, kept me informed with positive and upbeat updates.
