Hi Evan, sorry for your experience, there was an error upon making the booking on your vehicle, however an advisor did try to call you back on 19/03 following the 3 missed calls from your number, but got no answer or return call, I also called you 4 times the following morning, 20/03,following your google review, and sent an email to the address you provided on the initial booking so we could come and collect your vehicle that morning, but again there was no answer or response to my calls/email, we have tried our best to make contact with you to rectify the mistake but it would appear you do not wish to respond to us directly.
