Booked a full service well in advance (about 1 month ago) and was in contact with the garage a week beforehand to confirm where to drop off car etc. as I live quite far away. No one ever showed, and I was promised a phone call later that evening. No apology for the wasted trip on my end, no phone call, no communication three days later. I booked my car in for a service elsewhere and won’t be returning to this garage.
