I took my car in at agreed time and date in the morning and car the was ready within good time of when I needed it. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Only thing I would have liked was an itemised bill of the work carried out on the service instead of it just saying 'Full Service' and the cost. However trust all the things normally involved, which I'm not sure of, were all completed.
