Booked my car in for a full service with the added £0 MOT. Problems - The service and MoT was not completed on the day - I was not contacted at all throughout the day and I had to call to understand what was going on - my car was moved to a different facility which I wasn't aware would happen when I booked The staff were apologetic, but the business should turn away people they know they can't work with. Wasted mine and my partners time, spent my petrol money and I have nothing to show.

This place is great. Everyone there is helpful and friedly especially Nasser who helps with a real concern and communicates clearly. Anyone using this garage won't be disappointed.

I had gone through a website that suggested it was bookable by time but is actually turn up and wait. I had to wait a little because they were very busy . But the person in the office reception was very polite and informative. Was also offered a hot drink
