Customers largely praise this garage for friendly, professional staff, quick turnaround on MOTs and servicing, fair pricing and a comfortable waiting area with free refreshments. Communication is often described as clear and helpful, though a small number of reviewers found updates slow or confusing, and occasional comments mention the garage being hard to find after a name change and a lack of service paperwork, which could be handled more smoothly. A couple of reviewers also raised concerns about vehicle care and a curt phone manner, but these were isolated against otherwise strongly positive feedback.
