Hi Tasha I had a very nice chat with you after I had done the service on your car, I can 100% confirm that you had an oil change with oil filter air filter and pollen that is the what a full service consists of, I have all evidence of oil change and filter change as I keep all old filters, you have a copy of the vehicle health check which I gave you stating what was done and what I had found wrong with your vehicle and suggested options to you. If you would like you had a neighbour come and have a nice chat with me while I was working on your vehicle and I'm sure he will happily confirm what has been done to your car. If you would like I can tell you what oil was used and how much it took as I have that written down and a diagnostic confirmation of the oil change as that had to be reset with a dealer approved machine. I would also like to mention the sump plug and oil filter housing would of been torqued to manufacture spec and marked by myself with white paint pen.
