Customers consistently praise the friendly, professional staff, quick turnaround on MOTs and repairs, and fair, transparent pricing, with many noting long-standing loyalty of several years or more. Clear communication and regular updates on progress are also frequently highlighted, along with easy online booking. A very small number of reviewers mentioned that additional work, such as brakes, was needed, though this was explained clearly, and no other concerns were raised.
