The vehicle reviewed was your wife's Volvo, which was the first booking we completed for you through Book My Garage. We also successfully serviced your own vehicle, and you were satisfied with both the service and our technician. The concerns raised relate to a separate private arrangement, not to either of your Book My Garage bookings. As no work was carried out under that arrangement, we promptly refunded your first instalment and processed your request to cancel the finance agreement at the earliest opportunity.
