Customers consistently praise this garage for its friendly, professional staff and excellent value for money, with many highlighting the team's honesty, trustworthiness, and willingness to go the extra mile—including complimentary pick-up services and patient directions. Communication is frequently commended for keeping customers well-informed throughout repairs, MOTs, and servicing, though a small number of reviewers felt explanations could be clearer or that service paperwork was occasionally incomplete. A couple of customers raised concerns about MOT fairness, but the overwhelming majority describe fast, reliable work and express strong intent to return.
