Reviews Summary

AI Generated

The vast majority of customers are highly complimentary, praising the competitive pricing, friendly staff, and the flexibility to accommodate last-minute and weekend bookings. A small number of reviewers noted that communication around timings and pricing transparency could be clearer, and one or two felt that the work carried out and invoicing may benefit from being explained more thoroughly at handover. These concerns are in the minority, with most customers leaving satisfied and keen to return.
