Poor communication from staff, also horrible owner, my car failed MOT for 1 number plate light even though I had 2 lights which meant it should have been advisory. Garage also tried to charge me £90 for a diagnostic not including the repair. I then asked another garage to have a look into the issue which they found the issue with 10mins of looking at the car the other garage didn’t charge me to fix the the light because it’s was just a blown light.

It's always a pleasure to use their services as they are straight forward and fair on tariffs. They are a bit too busy sometimes so I recommend booking in advance.

I had realised my MOT was overdue panicked. And looked online for a quick MOT. Managed to get it in the next day with Monster Gear Garage. Communication was great the woman on reception was really helpful and the garage let me drop my car early. The MOT and one part I needed was ordered at the same time ensuring a smooth quick service. Pleasant experience, even whilst waiting a few minutes to collect my car the garage felt like a nice environment, old school vibes and the staff seemed happy!!
