Customers consistently praise this garage for its friendly, efficient service, with many highlighting swift turnaround times, clear communication, and a welcoming atmosphere that feels refreshingly different from larger chains. A small number of reviewers mention the garage can get busy, so booking ahead is advisable. One reviewer raised concerns about an MOT outcome and diagnostic pricing, which, whilst isolated, suggests the garage may benefit from ensuring fault assessments and associated costs are communicated transparently from the outset.
MOT completed and car ready within the specified time scale.staff are great and helpful, this is the 2nd time I have used Monter Gear for my Nissan Leaf. i would recomend anyone to book here.
No one contacted me to organise the time to drop my car off for the MOT so I didn’t go. Not a great service and I would say that bookmygarage isn’t that reliable.

Booked a last minute mot. They were able to offer a number of same day slots. Waiting facilities great- free guest WiFi, and MOT completed in quick time. Garage area tidy and well run. Would def consider returning for repairs/ servicing
