I had no contact from the garage, I contacted them and they never called back. Should have been coming out on Saturday between 8-1 and they never showed. Still had no contact from them to apologise or rebook

The weekend before the car was booked in (monday) I received a message stating that they were unable to do the booking as was but asked me to message them back if I wanted to reschedule, I did this but have not had any reply. I even contacted bookmygarage and they have also failed to come back to me. I had booked collection and service as I go on holiday next week so don't have a day off prior that I could take it to a garage.

booked my campervan interim service and MOT for 20/03/2026,never got any communication from the mechanic until the 19/03/2026 saying there was a booking error at their end and they couldn't do it until 28/03/2026. Having picked my vehicle up and proceeding with said MOT and service and returning my vehicle I was issued with a new mot and told the service paperwork would follow later in an email, I never received it,even after messaging the mechanic who hasn't replied. MOT but no proof of servic
