Reviews Summary

AI Generated

Customers overwhelmingly praise the friendly, professional staff, quick turnaround, good value and the convenience of collection, delivery or mobile servicing, often highlighting clear communication and last-minute availability for MOTs and services. A small number of reviewers raised concerns, including a missed original appointment, invoices and paperwork that could have been shared more readily, and, more seriously, doubts about whether work was properly carried out. Communication and transparency around the work done may benefit from some tightening, but these points were raised only occasionally against a very strong picture overall.

Hi Mangalesh Kanesvaran, Before our mechanic arrived, you sent us a one minute video stating that your vehicle had ‘’ no oil ’’. You had also only recently purchased the vehicle and did not know when it was last serviced. As your vehicle has a diesel engine, the oil can darken very quickly after replacement as it picks up residual soot and contaminants already present within the engine. The colour of the oil alone is therefore not evidence that it wasn’t changed. We keep photographic evidence of all works completed. The screen wash was also topped up. We stand by the work carried out. Director - Mantime Autos
