Hi Conar, We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the final cost of the work and would like to clarify how this differed from the original online price. The £210 shown when booking online related to the service selected at the time of booking and an MOT. Your vehicle is a Ford fitted with a wet-belt system and requires the appropriate specialist oil. This option was not selected during the online booking process, so unfortunately the initial online price did not include this requirement. In addition the final invoice included extra work carried out to the vehicle, including the fitting of new brake discs and pads and a tyre. These additional repairs and parts were not included in the original service price and therefore increased the final invoice. I understand that any difference in price is frustrating however these repairs were required due to the MOT failure and vehicle specification.
