Dear Mr Braese, I an extremely disappointed that we did not collect the vehicle on the required date. As I understand the situation, the digital bookings system was not monitored correctly by a trainee staff member between the 5th of April until the 18th of April. This resulted in your booking not being confirmed with MCS directly and subsequently the vehicle booking was missed. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by this matter.
