I have done full service but I haven't got any service report or any MOT report which was included in service, and the wasn't washed from inside and the outside wash was not quiet good.

Good morning, Sorry you had not received a invoice, which is itemised. I will email you a copy and duplicate mot certificate, regards to the wash and vac of the vehicle I will have a word with the team, make sure it doesn't happen again.
