Service was fine and staff were friendly. I thought when I booked the car in for 9.30 I would go for a coffee and wait around until it was finished. I was told when I arrived at 9.20 that the 9.30 slot was 'just for dropping the car off' and it wouldn't be taken until the afternoon. This caused me a problem as I live 30 minutes drive away and had no way of getting home. Maybe they should have made it more clear when you book that the time slot you choose is not for the actual service.

Great service done amazing clean and to top it off I lost my lock nut and left a new set and a note asking for them to put the new set on. They done it without a problem.Thank yous
