Customers are overwhelmingly positive, praising friendly, helpful staff and a smooth, efficient experience for services and MOTs, with several saying they would happily recommend or return. One reviewer was turned away on arrival despite a confirmed booking and felt little help was offered, so clearer communication around bookings may be worthwhile, though this was an isolated case.
